As you know, you came to us highly recommended by Leonard, who, though he sang your praises loud and clear, still could not do you justice. We trusted you from the beginning. Your presentation to us reflected your research, knowledge, and your experience. When we met, we were a bit soured on the whole experience of selling the house, as we had had it listed with another Realtor for the previous six months, and the house failed to sell, though we were in a “hot” market. Our contract with you began October 25, 2004, and you felt confident we would be in escrow in December, and you were right! And who could forget that when your obstetrician wanted to induce your labor, you said you first had to open escrow on our house. And you did, 30 days after you listed it. And baby Erica was kind enough to wait another day or two before giving all of us another reason to give thanks on Thanksgiving.
And as you promised your husband Michael seamlessly and graciously worked along with you throughout the transaction. Indeed, you are a wonderful team, and we always felt well cared for.
Unfortunately, the escrow process became quite challenging, and it looked many times, even right up to the end, that this sale would not be consummated. You had to work very actively, and you had to endure telephone calls from us that were filled with anxiety, doubt, frustration, and sometimes anger (though not direct at you, of course). You were always gracious, professional, positive, and understanding. You kept us informed, even when that meant making calls that could not have been fun for you. You always stepped up to the plate, always got a hit, and then WHAM! A home run! A grand slam! We are most grateful to you, and the bonus is, we feel like we make a friend in the process.
